• Course Content
This course includes theory and clinical application in one of the most
widely performed procedures, coronal polishing. Upon completion of all the course
requirements and you are in RDA, you may perform this procedure.
• Supplies
Participants are required to provide those supplies that are commonly
utilized in the performance of a coronal polishing procedure. A list of these supplies will be sent to
you upon receipt of your registration.
• Classroom Instruction/Course
Examination
Two days will be scheduled for the lecture and clinical application of a
coronal polish on patients. You will
be required to provide two patients on the last day of the course as part of
your clinical final examination. All
patients must meet the following requirements: be calculus-free, over 18
years of age, and possess moderate plaque.
You will also complete a written final examination.
