To Register for Our Courses or Purchase Our Products
Courses require pre-registration, as space is limited and our classes fill up
quickly. We accept students on a first come basis. Upon receipt of your
registration form and payment, we will send you a confirmation letter
specifying date, location, and directions to the facility.
Products are sent via UPS or FedEx and require a signed receipt. Place your
order early to ensure ample time for acceptance.

Course Confirmations
Upon receipt of your registration, a course confirmation will be sent
providing you with information on: course location with directions, supply
and course requirements etc. If you do not receive this confirmation before
the first day of the course, please call us at 1-800-438-7887.
Non-receipt of a confirmation is not a valid reason for a refund.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend our seminar and we receive your cancellation at
least five business days prior to the seminar, you will receive a full refund
except for a $20 processing fee. All cancellations must be faxed and received
by our office at (209)722-3712.
We are sorry that at this time, we are
unable to provide web orders.
Class Cancellation
Occasionally courses may be cancelled due to low enrollment. Students will be
given a full refund, unless the student requests transfer to another course.
Every reasonable effort will be made to reach students of cancellations
and/or changes.
